Innovation in the Open

Ideas We Shipped

The people who use this platform every day tell us what to build. We log every idea, review it, and act. Here are the ones that made it in — credited to the people who raised them.

Let partners print, copy & save the report live with a client

workflow

Partner idea, shipped. Partners asked to work the report live with a client — print it, copy a line, save it — without fighting the content protection that (rightly) keeps the public from lifting it. We added Partner Mode: once you're logged in, the shield stands down for you and a small 'Partner mode' badge confirms it. We also guaranteed a Download PDF + Email button on every assessment report, no exceptions. Constraint identified, elevated, removed.

Soften the assessment language — drop the word 'stuck' and replace heavy criticism with encouraging commentary

assessment

Reworked assessment result language to be encouraging instead of harsh — removed the word 'stuck', softened critical phrasing, and renamed the toughest result tiers into constructive, forward-looking ones.

Release content protection for partners once they sign in to the back office with their code

assessment

Signing in to the back office with a partner code now releases the content protection for that partner, so they can present and work with reports freely in front of clients.

Tell people they just answer and the assessment auto-advances — and add a 'Got it' confirmation after each answer

assessment

Every assessment now tells people to just answer — it auto-advances — and shows a quick 'Got it ✓' confirmation after each response.

Spell out 'Artificial Intelligence Applied' everywhere — many people don't know what 'AI' means or think it stands for something else

assessment

Spelled out 'Artificial Intelligence Applied' wherever the abbreviation 'AI' appeared, so no reader is left guessing what it means.

Rename the assessments in plain language and rewrite every tile to say who it is for, why it matters, and what it does — short and clear

assessment

Renamed four assessments into plain-English titles and rewrote every catalog tile to clearly state who it is for, why it matters, and what you get — no jargon.
